Welding
Welding is carried out on the shop floor with an area of 3600 m2, equipped with four cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 8000 kg. The entrance gate is 4 m wide and 4.2 m high.
We also provide welding of sections over 20 t, we are able to process approx. 100 t of material a month - common structural steel (S235, S355).
Our Liebherr 100 t mobile crane can be used for loading of heavier pieces.
Used welding methods: MAG, submergedarc welding
We provide outsourced annealing, in a large car-type furnace, including a report - depending on customer demand.
We also provide outsourced weld tests - depending on customer demand.
We outsource varnishing of parts - depending on customer demand.
